WYSIWYG mode switching enhancement for IE7
[ Feature Request #4182 ]
Toggling between the content and "View Source" mode in a WYSIWYG DIV with a large amount of content was causing a noticable lag in IE7.
The code associated with mapping characters to HTML entities has now< been optimised to greatly reduce this delay.
