covers versions 3.4.7 stable, 3.6.3 stable, 3.7.0 development
The new re-built thesaurus in 3.7 has quite a few changes, but there is one important one for users that use synonym searching. The synonym relation name has changed from 'Synonyms' in 3.6.x to 'Synonym' in 3.7. Please ensure you update your thesaurus relationships when upgrading to 3.7.
Added to: 3.7.0 development
A new bridge has been developed to connect to an Invision Power Board installation. The bridge currently supports version 2.0.4 of IPB and allows you to view all users, groups, forums and polls in your IPB installation. The new IPB authentication system that comes with the bridge allows you to let your users log into your MySource Matrix system to view and edit content. Users in the banned list can be allowed or denied access to the system as required.
Added to: 3.7.0 development
The data source graphing asset previously allowed graphing of a single data source. It now has the ability to plot multiple data sources on a single graph. For example, you can graph the number of signups to a forum each month in a bar graph and overlay a line graph showing the cumulative value of users in the forum over time.
The data source graphing asset has also been changed to act more like an image, so it can be inserted into the contents of a page and can have image varieties applied to produce smaller (or larger) versions of the main graph.
Added to: 3.7.0 development
A new listing asset has been developed to allow you to list assets that the same content tags as a specified asset. This asset can be used most effectively when nested into a paint layout or design so it can show related content for the asset currently being displayed.
Added to: 3.7.0 development
A new content type has been added. The new "code" content type syntax highlights a string containing any combination of HTML, PHP or JavaScript. Preferences allow customisation of which classes to display specific elements of the code with and to configure/switch off line numbers.
Added to: 3.7.0 development
The remote content page now has the ability to specify custom POST data that to be sent with the initial request. The POST data is not sent for subsequent requests while the user is navigating within the remote content environment.
To be added to : 3.7.0 development
Estimated start date: already in development
Estimated end date : 13th January 2006
