New Development Boxes

Our two new developer boxes are nearly ready to go. We are testing the install and running of MySource Matrix as well as the unit test framework before we allow all MySource Matrix developers onto them.

Anyone who accesses CVS from beta (either locally or remotely) should be aware that the MySource Matrix CVS repositories will be moved from beta.squiz.net to delta.squiz.net sometime next week. At that time, you will need to update your MySource Matrix installs to point CVS at the new server. Everyone will be informed of the date once it has been set.

New Features

New Asset Status Keywords

Added to: 3.7.0 development

Two new keywords have been added for all assets to expose their current status. These keywords are available as standard asset keywords and can be used within listings, search results, paint layouts and even standard pages. The new keywords are:

Live - prints the status of the current asset (Live, Under Construction etc.)
#DBF18A - prints out the colour that corresponds to current asset's status (eg. #FFFFFF). This is the same colour that is seen in the asset map.

Notes:

Bug #959 (Backend users unable to edit contents of a page) was submitted by Natalie Bell but was marked as Can Not Replicate because the bug had already been fixed and could no longer be replicated in 3.6.1 of 3.7.0.

Bug #967 (On commit "WARNING: Undefined variable: msg_reps" error) was submitted by Richard Johnson but was marked as not being a bug because it was found and fixed about 5 weeks ago and has already been released.
