3.10 to 3.12 Ugrade Guide Updated
The upgrade guide for the 3.10 to 3.12 upgrade was missing a query to add a new column to the rollback table for sq_ast_url. This query only needs to be run if rollback is enabled on your system. The additional query is:
ALTER TABLE sq_rb_ast_url ADD auth_urlid SMALLINT;
New Features
Set Metadata Value now has Parameter Map
Added to: 3.13.0 development
The Set Metadata Value trigger action now uses a Parameter Map to allow the value to be set from a dynamic value sourced from any of the sources Parameter Map allows (such as the current asset, or a GET variable). As with other places that use Parameter Map (but is worth repeating given this sets data), the onus is on the user who configures the trigger to ensure that a valid value will be sent to the source of the Parameter Map.

Notes:
Bug #2100 (Custom Grouping parents not sorted correctly) was reported by Avi Miller but was marked as Can Not Replicate. Several attempts to replicate this issue were made on a developer's 3.13.0 system without reproducing the bug.
Bug #2125 (Relative static root removes images) was reported by Chris Horikx but was marked as not being a bug. This bug reported icons from the backend interface losing icons when the System Static URL configuration option was set. The System Static URL is used for ALL static content, including those assets typically found in the web-accessible /__lib web path.
Bug #2140 (bulkmail does not show keyword output when Separator is left blank) was submitted by Anthony Barnes but was reported in version 3.8.9, which is not currently supported for bug fixes. Attempts will be made to reproduce the bug in currently supported versions before marking the bug as bogus.
Bug 2159 (Rollback cannot be enabled on Oracle systems) was reported by Avi Miller but was marked as Not a Bug as the problem occurred due to a missing upgrade step in the upgrade guide rather than from a problem with MySource Matrix. The upgrade guide has been updated (see this week's news).
