New MySource Matrix Releases Next Monday
There will be two stable releases of MySource Matrix this coming Monday, 3rd March. Versions 3.16.6 and 3.14.10 will be predominantly bug-fix releases. There will not be a further release of MySource 3.18 this week.
New Features
Search Re-Index Command Line Script

This new script (reindexSearchIndex.php) in the Search Package allows reindexing of content by user-specified parent root node, or across the Matrix System. Please note that search indexing must be enabled prior to running this script.
Link Value Option In Asset Builder

A new option "Set Link Value" is available on the Details Screen of Asset Builder to allow assignment of a link value for each asset upon creation.
Links Report Follows Redirect Asset Links
Added to: 3.19.0 development, 3.18.0 stable, 3.16.6 stable
Redirect Page assets are now followed and reachability of destinations reported when generating the Links Report.
New Calculate Average Comment Rating Trigger
Added to: 3.19.0 development, 3.18.0 stable, 3.16.6 stable
This new trigger calculates the average percentage rating for all Comments residing underneath a parent asset. The calculated average value is then set to a specified metadata field if the relevant metadata schema is applied to the parent asset.

Notes:
Bug #2896 ("JavaScript error prevents selecting rows in WYSIWYG table editor in IE6", reported by dsimmons on 28th February) was marked as a Duplicate of Bug #2880 ("Can't use Table Properties Row selector in IE"). This issue has already been resolved and will be included in the 3.16.6 release on Monday.
