This document proposes a new keyword for the Form's thank you bodycopy which will print the question's note.

Problem Definition

Currently there is no keyword to print the note field of a question in a custom form.

Technical Specification

A new keyword will be added to the Custom Form bodycopy keywords list. The new question note keyword will have the following structure:

question_note_<form_assetid>_<question_id>
