Problem Definition

Currently, users have to go to the Permissions screen to find out their effective permissions on that asset. It should be possible for the user to see this information on any backend screen.

Technical Specification

Backend Screen Header

On every asset screen there is an asset header which has information about the current asset like asset name, id, version and which screen is being viewed (e.g. Edit Contents). User has the option to view more information by clicking the More Info link which shows the created by, last updated, and published dates. A new line will be added to the More Info section, displaying effective read/write/admin permissions for that asset.

It should be noted that read access will always be available, because if the user did not have read access they would not have access to the screen at all. However, it should be included for completeness.
