MySource Matrix 3.18.1

The core download of the MySource Matrix Content Management System (CMS).

Version 3.18.1 contains 23 bug fixes (including 20 affecting this core download), and a small number of other changes. Fixes have also been made to better support PostgreSQL 8.3, and also Oracle installations using PHP 5.2.6+. All users currently running 3.18.0 should upgrade to this new version.
