EES for 4.0.1 to 4.4.0 (Build 832)

The core download of the Easy Edit Suite for the Squiz Matrix Content Management System (CMS).

Phase 2 package refactored to be compatible with Squiz Matrix 4.0.1 +. Including support for Single and Recurring Cal Event Assets. Includes bug fix for duplicate details screen bug.

Once downloaded, back up existing data/public/ees directory as data/public/ees_818 and upload new ees folder from tar.gz package to data/public/. Client must clear browser cache to see new changes.

EES for 3.28.3 to 3.28.9 (Build 833)

The core download of the Easy Edit Suite for the MySource Matrix Content Management System (CMS).

Minor release to address duplicate details screen and filesize check bugs. Included screenload plugin bug fix.

Once downloaded, back up existing data/public/ees directory as data/public/ees_681 and upload new ees folder from tar.gz package to data/public/. Client must clear browser cache to see new changes.

EES for 3.28.0 to 3.28.2

The core download of the Easy Edit Suite for the MySource Matrix Content Management System (CMS).

Bug Fixes and Enhancements

  • CSS changes: adjusted from 39 to 38 pixels to fit with Mini integration: toolbar/logo height, body background image, preview iframe top margin, edit mode container padding, info box top margin.
  • Metadata enhancements: when ‘required’ is set on metadata fields details screen now renders a link to the ‘Metadata’ screen to fill these in, prior to this, the link would not work and you had to manually click on the Metadata screen. As per existing MySource Matrix functionality assets cannot be published unless required metadata is filled in.
  • Metadata enhancements: when on the ‘Metadata’ screen, assets with no metadata schemas applied will display a message informing the user that none are applied. Prior to this the user would see a screen with no content.
  • Content screen bug fix: div pop up corrected. Prior to this the pop up would always open and sit at the top of the screen forcing users with scrollable content to scroll up to change/create new divs.
  • Content screen enhancements: code enhancements to make saving content to page body copy more robust.
  • Grey out overlay bug fix: continue link now works for non supported browsers. Prior to this the ‘continue’ link (depending on browser type) would either do nothing or remove ‘grey out’ and not load EES.
  • Acquire locks bug fix: now acquires locks on dependants only. Prior to this an incorrect settings was acquiring locks on dependents and children. This fix vastly improves the speed of the loading overlay.
