The core download of the MySource Matrix Content Management System (CMS).

Version 3.18.1 contains 23 bug fixes (including 20 affecting this core download), and a small number of other changes. Fixes have also been made to better support PostgreSQL 8.3, and also Oracle installations using PHP 5.2.6+. All users currently running 3.18.0 should upgrade to this new version.

Version 3.16.8 contains 16 bug fixes (including 13 affecting this core download), and a few other changes mainly affecting the E-Commerce SSV module. All users currently running 3.16.7 should upgrade to this new version.

MySource Matrix 3.18.0

The core download of the MySource Matrix Content Management System (CMS).

Seven months in the making, Version 3.18.0 is the first stable release of the 3.18 branch, the first to run on PHP 5. Also, compared to the 3.16.x branch, version 3.18.0 contains about 40 new features.

This version fixes 12 bugs found in 3.18.0 RC2 (including 7 affecting this core download), and adds 2 small features to the E-Commerce SSV module.

Oracle support: We expect PHP 5.2.6 to contain stability fixes necessary for Oracle database support. Support for Oracle remains experimental while PHP 5.2.6 remains in Release Candidate mode. We currently recommend testing with the latest release candidate on a non-production server.

This is the last planned maintenance release of MySource Matrix 3.14 - all users currently running 3.14.10 should upgrade to this new version (using the upgrade guide provided), and should consider upgrading to version 3.16.

MySource Matrix 3.18.0 RC2

The core download of the MySource Matrix Content Management System (CMS).

Version 3.18.0 RC2 is the latest release candidate of the 3.18 branch. This version fixes 25 bugs found in 3.18.0 RC1. Compared to the 3.16.x branch, 3.18.0 RC2 contains about 40 new features. Also, this release is the first to contain experimental Oracle database support under PHP 5.

This release is for evaluation only. Existing users of the 3.16 branch should not upgrade to 3.18.0 RC2. Further, no support is provided by Squiz for 3.18.0 RC1-to-RC2 upgrades.

PostgreSQL database: this version requires PHP 5.1.6 or later. PostgreSQL 8.3 is not yet supported.
Oracle database: Recent fixes in the stability of PHP 5's Oracle support mean that support is not available in any current stable version. We expect PHP 5.2.6 to contain these fixes, and currently recommend testing with the latest PHP 5.2.6 RC on a non-production server.
