MySource Matrix Modules

The DB Data Source allows you to connect to any Oracle, PostgreSQL or MySQL database and show the contents as shadow assets within your MySource Matrix system. You can use the Query Builder to create the appropriate query for your database to retrieve the information you require. Alternatively, you can provide your own SQL query manually. Each column returned by the query is shown as a shadow attribute and is available as a keyword replacement within Asset Listings.

The Data Source Graph creates a dynamic graph from the results from a DB Data Source asset. You can select any of the columns from the DB Data Sources results as the source for the X and Y axis information. You can also select various styles of graph, including bar, pie, scatter and cumulative options.

The RSS Data Source allows you to connect to any valid RSS feed and show the external RSS items as shadow assets within your MySource Matrix system. You can then display the feed within your own site by using an Asset Listing to list the RSS items in the feed.
