Structure Tree

The Structure Tree Content Type allows you to create a hierarchy of information. For example, you can show the structure of your organisation through a Structure Tree.

When the Content Type for a Division is set to Structure Tree, the fields shown in the figure below will appear.

To add a new value to the Structure Tree, enter the text into the Add New Row field and click the Add arrow icon for the Structure Tree Content Type icon; the value will be added, as shown in the figure below.

For each row that has been added to the tree, you can click on the left Left arrow icon for the Structure Tree Content Type or right Right arrow icon for the Structure Tree Content Type arrows to change the indentation or click on the up Up arrow icon for the Structure Tree Content Type and down Right arrow icon for the Structure Tree Content Type arrows to change its position in the tree. To change the format of the text for a value in the Structure Tree, click on either the bold Bold icon for the Structure Tree Content Type , underline Underline icon for the Structure Tree Content Type or italics Italics icon for the Structure Tree Content Type icon. To delete a value from the Structure Tree, click on the Delete Icon icon. When you preview the Structure Tree, it will look similar to the one shown in the figure to the right.

By default, the Show Connections between non-adjacent nodes on the frontend is turned on, as shown in the figure above. When it is turned off, the Structure Tree will look similar to the one shown in the figure to the right.
