Fixed bug #5744: Viper Broom tool breaks Admin and Edit interfaces when cleaning up spans with html entity quotes in their attribute values

An issue was fixed in the Remove Format plugin in the Edit+ WYSIWYG which caused the interface to break. It was exposed through an edge case where style attributes contained HTML double-quote entities.
