The Tag Manager allows you to restrict, which thesaurus can be used for tagging an asset. It is location under the System Management Folder in the Asset Map. For more information on tagging on asset, refer to the Asset Screens manual. For more information on creating a Thesaurus, refer to the Thesaurus manual.

Management of the thesaurus is done on the details screen of the Tag Manager.

Details Screen

The Details screen allows you to select which Thesaurus can be used for tagging an asset.

The Tagging Configuration section of the Details screen

Available fields:

• Tag Source Restrictions: If you select Restrict tags to a single thesaurus in this field, users will only be able to select terms from the Thesaurus select in the Tagging Thesaurus field. By default, it is set to Allow tag to be selected from any thesaurus, meaning that users can select terms from any Thesaurus that has been created in the system.
• Tagging Thesaurus: Select the Thesaurus that users can use when tagging an asset.
