Fixed bug #5278: Unable to view or change existing related images

Fixed an issue where, although related images (thumbnails) were being saved correctly, they were not displaying on the Details screen because the asset ID could not be located within the asset tag line. This was caused by a change in the markup of the asset tag line, added as part of the Asset Search feature in Edit+ 5.0.0.

Fixed bug #5284: Anchor link scrolls to incorrect location in Preview Mode

Links to a document fragment in the same document (starting with "#") could not be correctly seen when browsing the document in Preview Mode, because the Edit+ toolbar was covering the location that was automatically scrolled to by the browser. Overrode this behaviour so the targeted element is just beneath the Edit+ toolbar.
