EES Build 1087

• Fixed Bug #945: Files Not Uploading From File Details Screen. Upon choosing a new file from the Details screen of any File asset and then selecting Save, it appears as though the action completes with no error, however the file does not change. This error was related to the attach events function and how it was being called.
